I am pickeeee... and Steve made everything so easy I want to tell everyone about him! He's such a good listener and so relaxed I automatically had confidence in the whole project working out really well. The final design is beyond anything I imagined possible. He's creative, fast, kind and has his finger on the pulse of the best of the best in Reno. This guy is gold!

We have used Steve for several landscape designs. He was easy to work with, professional and fairly priced. We would highly recommend using him if you need to have a plan approved by an architectural design review committee.

Hi: My name is John Currie and I am a retired general contractor.. I first met Steve more than 10 years ago when he was working for a local architect. In addition to seeing and using Steve's work for projects the architect did for me I also have used Steve to prepare plans for a project at my personal residence. Those plans were submitted to the Caughlin Ranch Architectural Committee for review and of course were accepted without any problems or changes. Steve is always very responsive to requests for changes from clients and building official during the plan review process. I appreciate the close working relationship that I have had with Steve and feel that he is well qualified in his field and I will continue to use his services in the future as projects arise.
